Cold morning, Alex is keeping up with the sleeping in plan. We went to check out the Minocqua library. They've got great toys there! The kids picked out some books and a couple of those "Eye Witness" movies for later.Alex and Grandma went down to the lake after lunch. It had cleared up a bit and warmed up. Maya and I joined them after nap. Alex got good enough to catch minnows on his own with the net. Maya followed him around scooping her hands in the water and clapping them together saying "Missed it!"
After supper Alex and I ran into town to try and catch the water ski show. There were some distant claps of thunder. It ended up getting canceled due to lightening but we went out for ice cream instead.
