What a beautiful day to be 1 month old!

This afternoon was the perfect day. It was in the mid 70's, sunny with a little breeze.....so we headed outside after lunch and didn't come in until supper time. Some friends stopped by to play for a little while. Maya took a little snooze on the lawn chair. Alex went for a bike ride while we walked along for a while.

It was a perfect day to be 1 month old!

Open Barn day

Saturday was "Open Barn" day at Shetler Dairy farm. We had gone last year and Alex loved it so we made sure to go this year too.
We saw tons of friends there and the kids all had a blast. Well almost all the kids, Maya was so impressed that she slept the entire time except for waking up twice to nurse.

Orchard tour

Our moms group went on a hayride/tour at a local orchard. The hayride was a bit more than we bargained for, the owner of the orchard was really having a good time and several miles and about an hour later we got back to the farm. He had us out in the back 40 showing us all sorts of things.
