Even though the words are sparse Alex still loves to have this one read to him. His favorite pages are the ones with all the little rhymes describing the characters new plans - "Waste less, Jess. Don't pollute, man-in-a-suit!" etc. Maya picks it out pretty often at the library too based I think on the cover.
For me it's the pictures that steal the show. They are all collages made from reclaimed things and recycled paper scraps. I love all the details and the whimsical style of the people.
