Tuesday was suppose to be a nature hike but nature didn't cooperate too well. So we had a playday here instead. Alex and Carter and Eliot had the best time ever jumping on Alex's bed and tackling eachother. Poor Lily, the only girl, stood by and watched.....every now and then she would laugh pretty hard at those crazy boys!
This morning, thursday, was a PJ party and pancake breakfast at Laurie's house. She made pancakes for everyone and we all brought extras, like choc chips, blueberries, hashbrowns, and sausages. You can check out some pictures at some of our friend's blogs listed on the right. I think we had the biggest turn out ever for an event. Alex was too distracted by JP's impressive car collection to be able to eat but Carter finished all his pancakes for him!
All the kids were in their pajamas....and so was I. Hey, I read pajama party and figured it was for everyone! I was the only mom in pj's. After they all attempted to eat and all of us moms had a great breakfast we headed outside to play. It was a lot of fun and very tiring. Alex actually asked to go home at about 11:30.
